Heat Induction Automation
An induction heat treating machine which provided its customer with the ability to heat-treat
specific areas of a continuous piece of material - such as crankshafts or camshafts. It
contained a servo controlled indexing slide with CNC based controls to make it capable of
handling a "family of parts".
Currently five (5) of these machines are installed and operating in China for a Fortune 500
company involved in the production of heavy equipment and engine manufacturing.
We also have equipment in various locations in the U.S. and Europe.
