Capable of speeds in excess of 1,000 parts per minute, AES’s HSCM offers a unique
solution to high volume production.
Coupled with high speed feeder systems there is virtually no small assembly out of our
reach. 100% on-line inspection is also available for these systems.
Some of our HSCM systems have been used to manufacture batteries, bullets, closures
