KUKLA's tube screw conveyor is designed for the addition of bulk materials to its weighing systems or for use as a conveyance tool. With in-house manufacturing capabilities, KUKLA can tailor-make any size to perfectly match the required conveyor performance.

FOR VOLUMETRIC DOSING: The KUKLA dosing belt is used to feed bulk material with relatively consistent bulk weight for further processing and can be used when the precision of gravimetric dosing is not required. To ensure the necessary stability for high reliability, KUKLA dosing belts are built on a solid steel frame.

Container scales consist of silos or containers mounted on force transducers. Thanks to their solid build and exact stabilization, they provide precise measurements.

The material feed into KUKLA weighing equipment is crucial to maintaining accuracy. The ASG discharging device works with a series of sensors to control the flow rate. The 8-chamber design helps protect the material and ensure a consistent feed rate. 

The cleaning system for the weighing device operates continuously, suitable for both open and closed models. Scraper bars, moved by chains, consistently reintroduce materials settled at the belt scale's bottom back into the process. This cleaning system can function non-stop or intermittently, with sensors monitoring chain tension for optimal performance.
