Dust-Tight Feeder

Model: E-DBW-H

Our dust-tight, closed-version weigh feeder is designed to handle fine substances like stucco gypsum. It helps address potential health concerns by containing the dust and fine particles with its sealed exterior.

Additional enhancements to the feeder include:

  • A rotary vane feeder serves as a preliminary dosing mechanism to ensure a consistent inflow of material.

  • A level-measuring probe continuously gauges the material's height. It directs the rotary vane feeder.

  • Two directional flaps have been integrated to prevent material from escaping through the sides.

Standard Features:
  • Belt alignment device

  • Belt tensioner

  • Belt steering device

  • Belt mis-run sensor

  • Belt scraper

  • Drum scraper

  • Dust-proof exterior

  • Level measuring probe

Alternative Fuels feeder

Model: E-DBW-A(H)

This weigh feeder is used to feed alternative fuels, with varying material properties and flow dynamics, into cement kilns or boilers. Ideal for handling dusty bulk materials and for applications necessitating complete air exclusion, the fully enclosed systems of the E-DBW-H series are employed. Often arriving uncleaned and differing in size, alternative fuels can be sticky and challenging to feed. To address this the team has engineered a discharge device featuring an eccentric-moved sheet, ensuring a uniform belt load.

Capacities & Ranges:
