Impact Flow Meter
KUKLA flow meters utilize a deflector plate to measure material flow, directing force to a force transducer within a sealed housing. Ideal for measuring of cycle load (semolina) of mill separator cycles, they work with dosing mechanisms like rotary valves or screws for various applications, including batching at loading stations.
Able to withstand temperatures up to 400°C!
Level Measuring Device
Primarily used for feeding kilns with alternative fuels in the cement industry and for thermal power plants KUKLA's level measuring device efficiently pre-doses moist bulk materials. A feeder ensures continuous supply to a rubber-lined pre-bin to avoid buildup. An adjustable sheet maintains consistent material levels, ensuring short-term accuracy.
Part Load Scale
Part load scales are designed for weighing individual unit loads, such as gypsum boards, during transport. They enable the identification and sorting of underweight or overweight products.
Area Weight Scale
Area weight scales are ideal for monitoring, controling, and improving output in a production line. These scales can be integrated into an existing conveyor or function as a standalone weighing belt. Precise force transducer bearings, combined with weighing rods, ensure high reliability and optimize the entire process.
When space constraints prevent installing a dosing belt scale, a weighing beam is used instead. Easily integrated into the conveyor line, the material—typically cotton, wood, or synthetic fibers—passes smoothly over a specially mounted weighing table.
Rotary Vane Feeder
Dust-like, fluidized products require steady feeding into KUKLA weighing and dosing systems. Our rotary valves, with custom steel blades and adjustable sealing discs, can precisely dose materials like stucco gypsum, raw meal, fly ash, and similar products.
This type of rotary valve is used right after a dosing belt scale to protect conveyor systems from pressure, temperature, or vapors. Any material build-up is cleared with a forced cleaning mechanism.
For secure process separation, the double flap valve is utilized in continuous conveying systems requiring a barrier against pressure, steam, or temperature, ensuring a reliable seal between different sections of the plant.
